I am a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Tokyo studying International Relations. I am particularly interested in the intersection of international humanitarian law, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. My current research on AI governance focuses on the challenges AI-augmented cyberattacks pose on existing International Humanitarian Law frameworks in the context of cyberwar.
